4. Do air-dry the topper on a wig stand or mannequin head away from direct sunlight or heat sources.

5. Do store the topper in a cool, dry place away from moisture, heat, and sunlight to maintain its quality.

6. Do where possible have your topper professionally cleaned.

1. Product Description:

• The description and specifications of the bespoke wig or 3/4 wig, including materials used, dimensions, and customisation options, are provided on the product page.

2. Order Placement:

• By placing an order, you agree to purchase the bespoke wig or 3/4 wig at the specified price, including any postage or other costs incurred.

• Orders are subject to acceptance and schedule. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Payment:

• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. I accept payment via approved payment methods and my preferred method is bank transfer.

• Prices are subject to change. Any changes in price will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

4. Customisation (Bespoke Wigs):

• Bespoke wigs or 3/4 wigs may be customised according to your preferences, including colour, length, and style. Any customisation requests must be communicated and agreed upon before placing the order.

• I will make every effort to accurately fulfil customisation requests, but slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the product.

5. Shipping:

• Shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected.

• I am not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping. However, I will assist in resolving any issues with the shipping carrier to the best of my ability.

6. Returns and Exchanges:

• Due to the customised nature of bespoke wigs or 3/4 wigs, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or significantly not as described.

• If you believe your product is defective or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible to initiate the next steps.

• Returned products must be unused (unworn), in their original state and unmodified.

Wig A Wig Ah – Course Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• A booking is confirmed once full payment or a 25% non-refundable deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the course start date.

• All payments must be made via direct bank transfer to my business account.

• All prices are in GBP and include all materials listed in the course description.

2. Deposits, Cancellations and Refunds

• All course fees are non-refundable once paid.

• A 25% deposit secures your place on the course and covers materials and advance scheduling.

• If a student is unable to attend, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required.

• Where less than 7 days’ notice is given, the deposit will be retained, as materials will have been prepared and the course date reserved within my work diary.

• By booking a course, you agree to these terms.

3. Transfers and Rescheduling

• Requests to transfer a booking to an alternative date may be considered subject to availability.

• All transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled course date to allow time for the original date to be reallocated.

• Transferred bookings remain subject to the original course fee and are non-refundable.

4. Cancellation by the Provider

• In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by Wig A Wig Ah, students will be offered a full refund of the course fee or an alternative course date.

5. Course Conduct and Liability

• Students are expected to behave respectfully and follow all course instructions.

• Wig A Wig Ah is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the course, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

6. Intellectual Property

• All teaching materials, techniques, and designs provided during the course remain the intellectual property of Wig A Wig Ah.

• Skills learned may be used for personal or professional purposes; however, course materials may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior permission.

7. Photography and Marketing

• Photographs or videos may be taken during the course for marketing and promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform us in advance.

8. Governing Law
